TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Service Delivery Executive to deliver exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders. You will manage orders, coordinate across teams, and maintain accurate information while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; good communication across channels.

Responsabilités

• Confirm and process purchase orders accurately within SLAs.
• Collaborate with logistics to secure delivery slots and meet customer needs.
• Monitor daily deliveries and take corrective action when needed.
• Upload accurate product information into customer portals within SLAs.
• Manage customer communications via phone, email and system messages; escalate issues promptly.
