As a Sales Operations Executive, you will provide an excellent customer experience through accurate and timely processing of sales orders, supporting the sales cycle to achieve team and company targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily order loading and electronic order processing.
• Supporting all sales activities to meet targets.
• Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Building strong relationships with internal sales teams.
• Escalating issues promptly to the Sales Manager.
