As a Sales Operations Executive, you will provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders. You will support the sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle and help achieve team and company targets.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Daily order loading, including electronic order processing.
  • Supporting all aspects of sales activity to help achieve targets.
  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines or SLAs.
  • Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Developing strong relationships with Internal Sales.
  • Escalating issues promptly to the Sales Manager.
