Sales Operations Executive
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

The Citation Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our fast-paced Contact Centre team. This role offers an opportunity to support our internal finance operations during our international growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Review recorded customer calls to assess appointment quality against standards.
  2. Share call recordings with colleagues to support training and improvement.
  3. Manage inbound lead administration and allocation.
  4. Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
  5. Handle appointment cancellations and update systems accordingly.

About you:

  • Confident, proactive, with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable handling challenges over the phone.
  • Great listener with attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and improve.
  • Experience in sales or contact centres is a bonus.
  • Organised, reliable, and adept with admin tasks.
