As a Sales Operations Executive at M247, you'll step into a pivotal role designed to enhance our sales operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to bolster the efforts of our customer-facing sales staff by assisting them in crafting compelling proposals, preparing impactful presentations, and generating accurate quotations. Your expertise will be invaluable in streamlining these processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our sales endeavours.

A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to navigating Salesforce, where you'll meticulously monitor the inbox and promptly address inbound queries. Your adeptness with Salesforce will be instrumental in maintaining organized and responsive communication channels, facilitating seamless interactions with clients and prospects alike.

Additionally, you'll play a vital role in boosting team morale by running competitions and implementing motivational incentives, fostering a dynamic and driven sales environment throughout the day. What you'll do:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintainingaccurate sales records.
  • Assist in updating CRM systems and ensuring data integrity for sales processes.
  • Organise and manage sales documentation, including contracts, quotes, and proposals.

Customer Query Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Customer Renewals Management:

  • Oversee the customer renewal process for the unmanaged customer base, ensuring timely renewals and customer retention.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure renewals align with sales goals and targets.

Sales Process Support:

  • Assist the sales team with sales process optimisation by supporting the implementation of streamlined workflows.
  • Ensure all sales tools and technologies are used effectively and support day-to-day sales activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure sales operations are aligned with broader business goals.
  • Help facilitate seamless communication between teams to address operational issues and support customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards for the sales leadership.
