The Role

As a Commercial Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in improving the operations and efficiency of the Commercial Team through deal approval, maintaining data quality, and building reports and dashboards on Salesforce to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain clean, accurate data within our Salesforce CRM, support the team with data quality, integrity, and train new starters on CRM processes.
  • Lead on deal approval, ensuring each Salesforce opportunity has been correctly filled out with all necessary information, and help automate our contract and invoice processes.
  • Build and analyze sales reports to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain training and process documentation for the Commercial team.
  • Support sales teams and stakeholders as they start to use the new version of Salesforce—identify, escalate, and work to fix any issues, and answer any data or user interface questions.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of sales tools and platforms to improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
  • A university degree is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience working with sales teams in a fast, global environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate and communicate issues when required.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills, as you will need to work closely with the Commercial teams and other departments.
