Salary: £25,500 per year + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £28,500)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, flexible between 8 am – 6 pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Operations Executive, you will support their General Manager in running seamless operations. Your tasks will include administrative, business support, and operational activities that keep their business running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Liaison: Booking calls, following up on invoices, and providing updates.
  • Order Management: Placing online orders in line with install dates.
  • Project Coordination: Creating floor plans, inspection templates, and inventory checks.
  • Quality Control: Reviewing install reports and following up on snags.
  • CRM & Sales Progression: Keeping records up to date and following up with partnership leads.
  • Marketing & Socials: Ensuring website and social media platforms reflect their latest work.
