Job summary

Oracle Car Finance is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join the Operations Team at the Knaresborough office. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday–Friday with Saturdays pro rata, placing you at the heart of the process from finance approval to delivery and payout.

You will work closely with Account Managers, lenders, dealerships and customers, using our CRM to drive deals forward while delivering an exceptional customer experience within FCA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple live deals with accuracy and speed.
• Strong communication skills for customers, lenders and dealerships.
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliant guidance.

Responsibilities

• Drive deals from approval to payout with speed and accuracy.
• Own multiple live cases in the CRM with attention to detail.
• Coordinate customers, lenders and dealerships to meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep customers informed, confident and engaged throughout the journey.
