From our company headquarters in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire and our recently opened office in Chelmsford, Essex, our Account Executives are responsible for exceeding our customers' expectations by delivering industry leading customer service. A bit about the role

  • Finding our customers the best possible funding options from our panel of over 20 lenders,
  • Delivering excellent customer service to our extensive customer database – no cold calling,
  • Putting customers behind the wheel of their dream vehicle,
  • Keeping customers informed at every stage of the customer journey,
  • Growing, nurturing and expanding a relationship with customers so they think of you, and only you, whenever they fancy a new vehicle,
  • Giving the customer a 5* experience from start to finish.

A bit about you

  • You will be passionate, driven, motivated and ready to accelerate your career in professional sales.
  • You will be a perfect blend of competitive and team player.
  • You won’t be afraid of picking up the phone and having great conversations with the tenacity to push through a few no’s and voicemails along the way.
  • You will be looking for a company with a great culture and supportive team.
  • Having worked in a FCA regulated environment is desirable.
  • At least 2 years’ experience of motor trade/dealership is preferred.
