Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a structured Sales & Operations Coordinator in Andover, Hampshire. The role links clients, engineers, production and logistics to ensure accurate order processing from quote to delivery, with full training provided in product configurations.

You will support sales, coordinate projects and manage logistics in a varied duties environment, with a focus on quality control and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales coordination, internal sales or technical project administration.
• Ability to read basic assembly drawings and pick up technical configurations quickly.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming quote requests for standard and bespoke technical equipment, and maintaining an accurate quote register.
• Coordinating handovers between CAD designers, engineers and the production department
• Managing lead times, delivery tracking and specialised site deliveries with logistics partners
• Monitoring stock levels and managing an extensive inventory of technical components
• Organising project documentation and quality packs, and scheduling aftercare services such as site surveys and repairs
