Job summary

My client is recruiting a resourceful and proactive Sales Administrator to join an SME that trades internationally and prides itself on service to its clients.

You will liaison with customers regarding availability and prices for engineering and technical products, including pricing calculations, shipment details, stock availability and lead times. You will be a key contact for customers and collaborate with purchasing, stock, finance, sales and management.

Qualifications

• Resourceful and proactive administrator.
• Interest in engineering/technical products is not essential but adds value.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers regarding their product requests and availability
• Calculating pricing, quotes, lead times and shipping costs
• Planning for shipment and delivery, including all of the logistics and relevant documentation
• Being a key member of a small expanding team, liaising with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, warehouse, sales, Directors and other contacts daily
• Providing day to day administrative support to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
