Job summary

All Pump Solutions (APS) is seeking an organised Sales & Operations Assistant to support our sales, operations and business development activities within the water and utilities sector.

This varied role combines project coordination, CRM management, follow-up tracking, sales administration and marketing support to keep orders and activities moving forward with high data and process quality.

Qualifications

• Administrative or coordination experience.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using the phone.
• A proactive approach to following up and driving actions to completion.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Experience producing sales or marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing and maintain project trackers.
• Track leads and opportunities; maintain CRM data.
• Prepare sales presentations and supporting documents.
• Coordinate marketing activities and content schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers for delivery dates and resolve issues.
• Maintain document control and versioning per procedures.
