Job summary

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual).

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Marketing properties to buyers using varied marketing skills.
• Generating new and repeat business; canvassing the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.

• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
