haart Estate Agents in Norwich is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency team. You will match buyers with the right homes, drive new business, and negotiate offers while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

The role offers uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and clear progression within a high-performing environment. If you are target-driven and passionate about property sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good telephone manner and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers and vendors and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Market properties to attract buyers using various channels.
• Generate new business and nurture repeat business.
• Canvass local areas and engage with the community.
• Attend to health and safety standards for listed properties.

• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
