Job summary

Charters is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator for the Alresford team. In a fast-paced environment you will turn viewings into deals and build strong client relationships. This full-time role offers an OTE up to £40,000.

You will generate new business, conduct property viewings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while staying ahead of market trends and regulations. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience; property experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-focused.
• A supportive team player with a proactive mindset.
• Commercially aware with good business acumen.
