Charters Estate Agents is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join our Alresford team. In a fast-paced sales environment you will turn viewings into deals, build strong client relationships and guide customers through the property market.

This full-time role offers an OTE up to £40,000 with uncapped commission, 28 days holiday, pension, retail discounts and progression through funded qualifications. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience; property experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and detail-focused.
