Charters Estate Agents is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator in Fareham to join our busy team. This full-time role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to earnings, with OTE up to £40,000.

You will generate new business, conduct property viewings, and help clients navigate the market. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, a valid UK driving licence, and strong negotiation skills.
