Job summary

Charters Estate Agents is seeking an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our Park Gate and Bishops Waltham team. You’ll match landlords to tenants, negotiate terms and drive growth across branches.

In this full-time role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, maintain regulatory compliance, and work toward ambitious targets, with an OTE up to £40,000.

We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our team across our Park Gate and Bishops Waltham branches. You’ll build lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities and turn them into successful lets, while playing a key role in driving the continued growth of both branches. This is a full time position with an OTE up to £40,000.
