This is a great opportunity to join an established and well-respected Estate Agency in London. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated individual to join their team.

You will be an important member of the team and a key contact for both Vendors and Applicants. You will often be the first point of contact during the sales process and an expert at communicating.

Key Responsibilities

1. Qualify applicants
2. Arrange viewings
3. Convert enquiries into market appraisals
4. Send out offer forms and negotiate terms with buyers
5. Upload new properties onto portals
6. Book photos for new instructions
7. Progress your own deals
8. Proficiently use our CRM
9. Manage your own diary
