As a sales negotiator, you will help buyers find suitable properties, support vendors through the sales process from marketing to negotiation, and facilitate a smooth final move. You will provide exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other parties involved.

You will report to the Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing buyers daily
  • Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and third parties
