Qualifications

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche.
• Nachweisliche Erfolge im Verkauf und Kundenservice.

Responsibilities

• Verwaltung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses mit Käufern.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full process with buyers, from arranging viewings through to securing sales

* Keep internal database up to date

* Deal with enquiries from all incoming channels

* Actively prospect new business

Requirements:

* 4+ years experience within the industry, with exposure to both the prime and core markets

* Successful track record within a given time period

* Independent, self-driven, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

* Outstanding customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong professional relationships with both vendors and buyers
