As a sales negotiator, you will be instrumental in helping buyers find the right property, supporting vendors through the sales process from marketing to negotiation, progressing sales, and ensuring a smooth final move-in day. You will provide exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing buyers daily
  2. Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market
  3. Generating and conducting viewings
  4. Negotiating offers
  5. Building strong relationships with clients and third parties

We seek a candidate with a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving results and enhancing our reputation.

In this role, you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure of up to 30%, along with cross-referral incentives.
