As a sales negotiator, you will play a key role in helping buyers find suitable properties, supporting vendors throughout the sales process—from marketing to negotiation, progressing sales, and finalizing moves. You will deliver exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.

You will report to the Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing buyers daily
  • Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building strong relationships with clients and third parties
