• Provide front-of-house and branch cover when senior colleagues are unavailable.
• Support colleagues with general sales administration and branch duties.
• Take ownership of tasks and help maintain a professional, efficient service.

If you're a confident, personable Sales Negotiator who enjoys dealing with people, building relationships and getting stuck into the day-to-day running of an estate agency branch, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Whether you've already gained experience in estate agency or have a strong customer service background with transferable skills, we're looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently and confidently support a busy branch.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your sales experience, manage a property pipeline and become a valued part of an established residential estate agency team.

The Package:

• Up to £26,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Commission opportunities, with an existing sales pipeline to develop
• Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm
• Every other Saturday, until 1:00pm
• Predominantly office-based, with occasional property viewings and vendor visits
• Opportunity to develop your estate agency sales experience

The Company & Role:

Harte Recruitment is working with an established residential estate agency business in Huddersfield to appoint a Sales Negotiator.

This is a varied role combining customer service, residential sales and general branch support. You'll assist with property viewings, vendor appointments and day-to-day sales activity, while helping to ensure the branch continues running smoothly when senior colleagues are out of the office.

You’ll be joining an existing team where confidence, reliability and a willingness to take responsibility are particularly important.

The Person:

• Previous estate agency experience preferred, although strong customer service backgrounds will also be considered
• Confident, personable and comfortable dealing with buyers and vendors
• Able to work independently and take responsibility when required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Positive, resilient and willing to support wider branch activities
• Own vehicle required for property visits, with driving licence circumstances considered individually
