• Own vehicle required for property visits.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of a busy residential estate agency branch.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Attend vendor visits and maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist with managing and developing an existing property sales pipeline.
• Handle buyer and vendor enquiries professionally.
• Provide front-of-house and branch cover when senior colleagues are unavailable.
• Support colleagues with general sales administration and branch duties.
• Take ownership of tasks and help maintain a professional, efficient service.
