Job summary

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator in Royston. The role focuses on registering buyers, arranging viewings, canvassing for new properties, and negotiating sales between vendors and buyers.

You will build relationships, provide ongoing buyer/vendor advice, and book appointments while delivering outstanding customer service in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional presentation are required.
• Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude and high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
• Generating and conducting viewings for properties.
• Canvassing to bring on new properties and opportunities.
• Negotiating the sale between vendors and buyers.
• Preparing sales brochures and developing relationships with clients.
• Providing ongoing advice to buyers and vendors and booking appointments.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.

Sales Negotiator - Royston - £22,000 to £35,000

6 months experience required

Must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute.

Must have Full UK driving licence and your own car.

Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Sales Negotiator Key Skills:

• At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
• High level of customer service skills
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Target driven and ambitious
• The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
• Highly motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
