Are you eager to take on a new sales role for a 5* developer? Our client is a leading UK housebuilder looking for an experienced new homes Sales Negotiator to work on their well-selling site in Chichester!

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders as their newly appointed Sales Negotiator on a development within a growing region.

On the lookout for an established new homes Sales Negotiator within the housebuilding industry, this is a chance to join a new homes developer, selling off-plan units.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £34,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000 uncapped. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Sunday/Monday as your permanent days off.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units, having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer. You will be located within a commutable distance to the site with a maximum travel time of an hour.

Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.

Key duties for this role include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customer details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Managing sales database and ensuring it is up to date

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of new homes sales experience within housebuilding or estate agency
  • Own transport and a valid UK driving license
  • Confidence in using computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
