We have exciting growth plans and are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join us. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday.

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Negotiator to join our growing department in Ringwood. Reporting to the Sales & Lettings Manager, you will manage the end-to-end sales process of retirement apartments nationwide. Your responsibilities include:

1. Generating, booking, and conducting market appraisals
2. Arranging and following up on viewings
3. Negotiating the best possible price for vendors
4. Keeping vendors updated on marketing progress
5. Assisting in preparing marketing literature
6. Collaborating with Lodge Managers and Contractors to generate additional business
7. Communicating the lifestyle benefits of Retirement Living
8. Assisting in preparing marketing brochures for properties
9. Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager

About You

This role is ideal for a motivated, successful Negotiator with property experience and knowledge of current legislation. You should be able to communicate effectively, be target-driven, and willing to support buyers and sellers proactively. Strong computer skills, workload management, and self-motivation are essential. Full training and support, including professional qualification opportunities, will be provided.
