Role: Sales Negotiator

Based in our Woking branch, you’ll be responsible for:

• Generating new business by contacting old and potential customers
• Handling invoice queries, providing quotes, and processing orders
• Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers, upselling products
• Responding to customer calls, building relationships, and providing excellent service

This role is from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility if needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a busy sales office role
• Background in related industries such as electrical distribution, merchant, civils, or utilities preferred
• Strong communication, numerical, and customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate over the phone and build customer relationships
• Good organizational and administrative skills
