Job summary

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator for our Exeter branch. You will build relationships with buyers and vendors, schedule viewings, and progress negotiations through to completion.

You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain CRM records while meeting KPI targets in a busy, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within estate agency sales.

Sales Negotiator - Exeter

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency in Exeter. This is a full-time position offering excellent career prospects within a supportive and professional team environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, and contributing to the continued success of one of the area's leading independent estate agencies. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Basic salary of £26,000 with realistic On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £35,000.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the sales process, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, matching prospective purchasers to suitable properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing agreed sales through to completion. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction whilst helping to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.

Package

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £26,000 with realistic On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £35,000, together with company pension benefits, mileage allowance, and excellent long-term career progression opportunities.
