Job Description:

We have a current opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Operations Executive on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position, please apply.

Our client is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to support their growing sales team. This hybrid role combines operational efficiency with strong communication skills—you'll be instrumental in shaping proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), while also managing the sales process behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft persuasive proposals and SOWs
  • Draft and format sales documents according to brand guidelines and templates
  • Create clear meeting summaries and follow-ups after sales engagements
  • Oversee the proposal/SOW review and approval cycle to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain an organised template and document library
  • Track and update the sales team on proposal/SOW progress and status
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including CRM (HubSpot) management and pipeline tracking
  • Generate and interpret sales reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date process documentation
  • Coordinate internal sales meetings and training sessions
  • Support order processing and accurate record-keeping across systems
  • Assist in implementing new tools, processes, and systems to streamline workflows

What They're Looking For

  • Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or a similar support role
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
  • CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative approach
  • Experience drafting proposals and SOWs in a B2B or services environment
