Sales & Business Development Specialist at WeAreAspire

We have a current opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Operations Executive on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position, please apply.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support their growing sales team. This hybrid role combines operational efficiency with strong communication skills. You'll be instrumental in shaping standout proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), while also ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Proposal & Statement of Work (SOW) Management
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft persuasive proposals and SOWs
  3. Draft and format sales documents in line with brand guidelines and company templates
  4. Create clear, concise meeting summaries and follow-ups after sales engagements
  5. Oversee the proposal/SOW review and approval cycle to ensure timely delivery
  6. Maintain a well-organized template and document library
  7. Track and update the sales team on proposal/SOW progress and status
  8. Own day-to-day sales operations, including CRM (Hubspot) management and pipeline tracking
  9. Generate and interpret sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  10. Ensure sales data integrity and maintain up-to-date process documentation
  11. Coordinate internal sales meetings and training initiatives
  12. Support order processing and accurate record-keeping across systems
  13. Assist in rolling out new tools, processes, and systems to streamline workflows

What They're Looking For

  1. Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or a similar support role
  2. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
  3. CRM experience (preferably Hubspot) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  4. Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
  7. Experience drafting proposals and SOWs in a B2B or services environment
