Job Description: Sales & Marketing Director

Location: WFH/Remote (UK Only). Requires travel when necessary.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

We are an ambitious IT services company delivering high-quality managed and professional services across various sectors. As we grow, we seek a strategic, driven, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Director to lead our commercial efforts, drive revenue, and expand our client base.

The role involves designing and executing a go-to-market strategy focused on client acquisition, brand visibility, and building a scalable commercial team. You will manage sales and marketing professionals, oversee the sales process from strategy to closing, and ensure alignment with growth objectives.

Our services incorporate cutting-edge automation and AI technologies. The ideal candidate understands these trends and can position our solutions effectively in a rapidly evolving market.

You will work towards ambitious targets, measure performance, manage departmental budgets, develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, lead and mentor your team, and oversee sales operations, including forecasting and reporting.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or similar leadership role within the IT services industry.
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients, particularly through IT managed and professional services sales.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
