Tundra Esports is a dynamic and fast-growing esports organization based in London, known for our championship victories across Dota 2, Fortnite, and FIFA. Represented by our ambassador Virgil van Dijk, we are a startup fueled by innovation, passion, and a drive for excellence.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our global commercial strategy, drive media package sales, and secure major brand collaborations.

You will be responsible for opening doors with global brands and sports clubs, selling video content and media partnerships, and scaling Tundra’s commercial vision internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for media content packages and sponsorship opportunities.

• Identify, engage, and build a robust pipeline of warm prospects.

• Conduct outreach, deliver compelling presentations, and create tailored proposals.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Travel as needed to secure strategic partnerships.

• Drive and scale Tundra’s global commercial growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorship sales.

• A powerful network within sports, media, crypto, energy drinks, hospitality, or airlines sectors.

• Proven track record of selling video content and media packages.

• Deep understanding of the esports industry and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
