Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Division is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a Training Programmes division. This hybrid role in London focuses on driving revenue, building a high-performing sales team and delivering excellent learner journeys from enquiry to enrolment.

You will develop sales strategies, manage KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing and senior leaders to scale the CPD and Short Courses offering across B2B and self-funded learners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong track record in selling training, apprenticeships or professional development programmes.
• Experience developing sales strategies and collaborating with marketing teams.
• History of growing revenue and improving sales performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set and monitor revenue, activity and conversion targets.
• Recruit, onboard and coach sales team members.
• Drive growth across B2B and self-funded learner markets.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance.
• Develop employer partnerships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Champion CRM best practice and data-driven decision making.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and learner experience.
