Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a CPD and Short Courses division. The role is hybrid (2 days in London) and focuses on developing sales strategy, coaching the team, and driving revenue from both B2B and self-funded learner markets.

You will set targets, produce forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead generation while delivering outstanding customer experiences from enquiry to enrolment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong track record of selling training, apprenticeships or professional development programmes.
• Experience developing sales strategies and working alongside marketing teams.
• Demonstrable success in growing revenue and improving sales performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set and monitor revenue, activity and conversion targets.
• Recruit, onboard and coach sales team members.
• Drive growth across both B2B and self-funded learner markets.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Work with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance.
• Develop employer partnerships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Champion CRM best practice and data-driven decision making.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and learner experience.
