An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, or a high-performing Senior Sales professional ready to step into management, to lead and grow a successful CPD and Short Courses division. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, managing and coaching the sales team, improving conversion rates and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to enrolment. The role combines leadership, commercial strategy, business development and stakeholder engagement, working closely with Marketing and senior leaders to support continued growth.
