Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Sales Manager for Training Programmes to spearhead the CPD and Short Courses division. The role focuses on growing revenue, shaping the sales strategy and leading a capable sales team through coaching and performance management.

You will partner with Marketing and senior leaders to optimise lead generation, conversion, and customer experience, whilst developing employer partnerships. Hybrid London-based role with two days on site.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
Track record of delivering revenue growth in training or education sectors.
Experience creating and implementing sales strategies with marketing alignment.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set and monitor revenue, activity and conversion targets.
Recruit, onboard and coach sales team members.
Drive growth across B2B and learner markets.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance.
Develop employer partnerships and identify new commercial opportunities.
Continuously improve the customer journey and learner experience.
