JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager - Training Programmes to lead the CPD and Short Courses division for a national training provider. Based in London on a hybrid basis, two days in the office, this full-time post suits an experienced manager or senior sales professional ready to step up.

You will drive revenue growth, develop commercial learning solutions, manage a team and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Experience selling training programmes or professional development programmes.
• Experience developing sales strategies and working with marketing teams.
• Demonstrable success in growing revenue and improving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set and monitor revenue, activity and conversion targets.
• Recruit, onboard and coach sales team members.
• Drive growth across both B2B and self-funded learner markets.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Work with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance.
• Develop employer partnerships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Champion CRM best practice and data-driven decision making.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and learner experience.
