Sales Manager - Richmond

Company: Chestertons Estate Agency

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm plus one in three Saturdays

Location: Richmond

Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package

We are seeking a sales professional with 5-10 years of estate agency experience, including 3+ years in management, to lead our sales team in London. The role involves managing, coaching, motivating a high-performing team, and developing new business opportunities.

Main Duties
  • Lead and develop a positive team environment supporting staff development.
  • Set targets, objectives, and manage performance.
  • Monitor revenue and expenditure against budget.
  • Provide management information accurately and timely.
  • Handle escalated complaints and monitor resolution processes.
  • Manage business systems, policies, procedures, and legislation compliance.
  • Monitor competitor activity to strategize and achieve targets.
Attributes
  • Local property experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Established local business network.
  • High market appraisal conversion ratio.
  • Knowledge of industry legislation.
  • Understanding of residential property market dynamics.
