We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager who knows how to sell not just a venue, but a vision. It is about engaging clients with energy and confidence, getting them through the doors, and painting a picture of how their event will come to life here. This is not about just taking enquiries and sending a quick reply, it is about charming clients in to seeing the venue and showing them what's possible - making it impossible for them to say no. They need to buy into you as much as the venue, because your passion, creativity, and ability to communicate value will be what convinces them this is the perfect place for their event.

The Role
This role is all about driving the venue forward, elevating the sales and planning team, and shaping them into a group of sales superstars who consistently exceed expectations. You will transform the team into a dynamic hub for talented event professionals passionate about large-scale events, creating a destination for clients and an exciting workplace for future team members—a true breeding ground for excellence. While the ideal candidate may not come from the large-scale conference space, they will have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of event sales and management, attention to detail, and a passion for creativity and excellence. The role is about selling and delivering the dream, guiding both clients and the team through the journey.

We are looking for someone with a Business Development soul but the full skill set to manage and grow a sales team whilst continuing a successful sales operation. You will thrive in an environment where you can combine entrepreneurial thinking with structured sales processes.
