We are looking for a senior Sales Manager (m / f / d) to lead commercial growth in the UK market.
This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role, ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the Founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and shape our UK go-to-market strategy.

The structure will be defined together based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and expected market impact. Both structure will have a performance-oriented compensation (fixed salary+ success-based upside).
