CDW is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Directors and Account Managers in our North Office in Manchester. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets by developing customer-centric strategies and guiding the team toward high performance.

You will collaborate across CDW’s Tech Sourcing, Professional Services and Managed Services capabilities to drive growth. The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling skills, experience hiring and coaching diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• 2 years with a successful track record in sales.
• 3 years of executing on goals and knowledge of CDW sales, products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise team on strategies to improve sales performance, achieve goals and meet expectations.
• Create team oriented sales environment that rewards success and supports continuous improvement.
• Promote best practices to ensure sales efficiency and productivity.
• Manage quarterly business reviews and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
