• Experience of working as a Sales Manager for a high volume national housebuilder.
• Experience of leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales budgets and targets for each development.
• Supporting, managing, and motivating the sales team.
• Implementing sales inductions and providing training.
• Overseeing site presentation standards.
• Agreeing budgets for show homes.
• Proposing sales strategies for developments.
• Ensuring developments are fully staffed.
• Working within financial parameters to maximise profit.
