Job summary

Pegasus Concepts Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to grow our signage, digital print, interior branding and fit-out business in the UK. You will develop new business and work with design, production and project teams to turn client requirements into clear proposals and successful projects.

Based office-based with travel to client sites as required, you’ll identify opportunities, manage quotes and build long-term relationships with dental, healthcare, retail and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in signage, print, shopfitting, interiors or selling to dental and healthcare clients would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Confidence approaching new customers and building lasting relationships.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• An organised approach, with consistent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings and sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and approaching potential clients through calls, emails, networking and site visits.
• Building relationships with decision makers, including business owners, practice managers, contractors and procurement teams.
• Following up enquiries and quotations to secure orders.
• Understanding client requirements, budgets and timescales.
• Working with colleagues to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Negotiating within agreed pricing guidelines to secure profitable work.
• Developing repeat business and identifying further opportunities within existing accounts.
• Keeping sales records, contact details and forecasts up to date.
• Providing a clear handover to the delivery team, including agreed specifications, deadlines and client expectations.
• Working towards agreed sales and margin targets.

Pegasus Concepts Ltd is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help grow our signage, digital print, interior branding and fit-out business. Salary range shown is the guaranteed salary for the job and does not include commissions etc.

Working with clients across dental, healthcare, retail and commercial sectors, you'll help businesses find the right solutions for their premises, from individual signs and printed graphics to wider refurbishment and branding projects.

The role
