About the Role:

Are you a driven and passionate sales professional with a proven track record in media sales, specifically within the digital advertising space? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in the future of online video? If so, here's an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading global video platform as an Ad Sales professional.

This role will see you responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our client's cutting-edge online video advertising solutions to media agencies and brands across the UK. You will be a key player in expanding their market presence and building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within media agencies and brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including planners, buyers, and marketing directors.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our client's online video advertising solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in media sales, with a focus on digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the online video advertising landscape and programmatic buying.
  • Existing network of contacts within media agencies and brands is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
