Job Description:

The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

The Commercial Incentives Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the MSO Commercial Incentives pod, the team in charge of developing the strategy, policy and implementation of our regional incentives including:

  1. Yearly trading deals with top advertisers
  2. Short-term incentive programs
  3. Industry & competition insights

This role focuses on leading key strategic and efficiency projects across Europe and globally, providing leading industry insights, as well as working cross-functionally to enable our Trading team as experts on our entire trading and incentives cycle and processes. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic guidelines and policies, change management initiatives, end-to-end system development and ad-hoc projects.

We’re looking for a critical thinker who can spot bottlenecks, identify ways to remove them effectively through data and qualitative research, execute the planned changes with a clear timeline to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive pan-European and global programs end-to-end, across key topics including Commercial incentives strategy and policy setting, program efficiency and process optimisation, operational excellence.
  2. Lead external and internal market research on industry and competitor benchmarking, advertising agencies landscaping, ads products / emerging tech, with emphasis on new insights generation and evolving trends.
  3. Analyse internal data to assess key trends, opportunities and risks and play an active role in the systemization and automation of all our commercial incentive programs.
  4. Liaise with MSO HQ team (based in Beijing) to ensure alignment to global policies and coordination of global regional priorities and road maps.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration and business partnering (e.g., Trading, Product, Finance, Creatives, Legal).
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, investment banking, tech platforms, etc.
  2. Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making.
  3. Ability to manage end-to-end programs with full lifecycle ownership and change management skills.
  4. Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Ads Platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Facebook) is a plus.
  5. Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
  2. Knowledge, understanding, or experience working in adtech environment would be a great benefit in this role.
