Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a confident Sales Manager to cover the Scotland region, selling established construction machinery brands and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

You will travel across Scotland, visit sites to maintain relationships, and work with internal teams to ensure machines are built and delivered on time. Strong communication, experience in high‑value machinery sales, and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell machinery across brands and maintain customer relationships.
• Visiting customers on site to nurture accounts.
• Develop new business and grow regional coverage.
• Prepare quotes and handle basic sales administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely build and delivery of machines.
• Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines.
• Assess trade-ins when required.
• Represent the business at shows and exhibitions occasionally.

We're looking for a confident Sales Manager to cover the Scotland region, selling well‑known construction machinery brands and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

What you'll be doing

• Selling machinery across brands like Kobelco, Thwaites, Hydrema & Merlo


• Visiting customers on site to keep relationships strong


• Finding new business and growing your area


• Raising quotes and handling basic sales admin


• Working with internal teams to make sure machines are built and delivered on time


• Checking stock and keeping an eye on delivery timelines


• Inspecting trade‑ins when needed


• Attending shows/exhibitions occasionally

What you need

• Sales experience in construction / industrial / agricultural machinery
