Job Description

As Sales Manager you will work collaboratively with members of TPN D444 to identify and maximise sales and revenue opportunities, enhance services, and support business development. To be successful in this role, you must have commercial awareness and be strategic in your approach to potential businesses.

This role requires flexibility and a large element of travel.

What will you be doing?
  1. Work closely with the membership to identify and maximise sales opportunities and enhance commercial offerings.
  2. Identify opportunities for TPN D444 business development and revenue growth.
  3. Ensure CRM system is updated with all activities accurately and within a timely manner.
  4. Support new member onboarding from a sales perspective to ensure a seamless and effective setup process.
  5. Work with members to review rate cards and cost models.
  6. Promote and present TPN services, ensuring alignment with TPN and member needs and market trends.
  7. Assist with the development of marketing materials and contribute to TPN’s marketing strategy.
  8. Monitor and report progress to Head of Commercial and Commercial Director while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Strong background in sales and business development, preferably within a network or logistics environment.
  2. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  3. Knowledge of financial and operational performance metrics (rate cards, cost models, etc.).
  4. Experience with onboarding new clients and managing customer service needs.
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to scope, deliver, and monitor complex projects.
  7. Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
  8. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  9. Ability to travel extensively as required.
  10. Familiarity with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
