You will coach the sales team, nurture key relationships with clients, and implement targeted sales strategies. A strong track record in real estate or related sectors is valued, along with solid CRM and time-management skills.

Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing an area and ensuring maximum market share. Key daily tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing guidance and training to the sales team, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. This is a full-time, on-site role, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
